HP Pavilion Elite E9140F Desktop PC Review from Patrick L Slavin Should be Retired. Good PC, No landing pad as advertised. HP declined to take any action about the no landing pad on top for small electronics, would have returned but Amazon (Best of the Best) gave me a price adjustment (HP you owe Amazon and should take a lesson in customer service). The PC functions as expected, several nice features. Handles photos and music easily. Ton of memory with excellent price. Familiar hookups and features. Do not load on a lot of files until you are sure it is functional, HP support will put you in a reboot after hours of “trying” to fix non working bluray drive and you’ll have to reload. The support personnel are polite and try their level best to be helpful, but when you call be sure to have plenty of time and a comfy chair. Would recomend product. Amazon gets five stars, HP gets one,HP support a two and product gets a three. HP’s response after complaint was elevated to a higher level customer service specialist, was “too bad for you” and “there is nothing we can do”,”we cannot send you a landing pad as we have no part number” when informed the product was not as advertised by them.
